Common Ground is a beautiful "getaway" setting for workplace in-services, team-building, and strategic planning meetings. Workgroups can remove themselves from daily distractions and gather in a natural setting in the Vermilion River Valley. Twenty-one acres of grounds,  which include the Vermilion River, walking trails, gardens and barbeque and picnic areas are available for outdoor events or to incorporate into your workshops or programs. Common Ground can work with your group to design programs with a diversity of themes to help support the work of your organization. We welcome businesses, nonprofits, professional and labor associations, churches, schools, and other agencies.
Common Ground has beautiful 21-acre grounds that create a habitat to nurture people’s creativity, spirituality, relationships, and purpose.
